Work has always been a part of who I am. I started at just 10 years old, walking dogs and babysitting in my neighborhood—
not because I had to, but because I genuinely loved helping people and staying productive. At 15, I got my first W2 job as a
lifeguard and swim instructor aide, teaching kids how to swim and keeping the pool running safely. That experience taught
me responsibility, leadership, and how to stay calm under pressure—and I’ve carried those lessons with me ever since.

Fast forward to today, I now work full-time as an Executive/Personal Assistant to an incredible entrepreneur. I wear a lot of hats: CRM management, calendar coordination, travel planning, team hiring and onboarding, social media assistance, email support, tech troubleshooting—you name it, I make it happen. I’m the person who makes sure the backend runs smoothly, so the business owner can focus on growth, strategy, and big-picture goals.

Throughout the years, I’ve also supported CEOs, brokers, consultants, and small business owners across real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and e-commerce. Whether I was managing inboxes, planning open houses, processing payroll, building content strategies, assisting with nonprofit partnerships, or helping launch new offerings—I’ve always shown up with consistency, curiosity, and care. What makes my work unique is that I blend strategy with support. I’m just as comfortable managing spreadsheets and systems as I am building a brand or planning a launch. I love being part of a team’s success story—bringing structure, clarity, and ease to entrepreneurs who are building something big.

Professional Experience
LifeMap LLC, New Orleans, LA – Executive Assistant (February 2025 – Present, Full-Time)
Provide comprehensive executive support to the founder of LifeMap LLC, a Medicare brokerage licensed across multiple states. Responsibilities include managing social media via Canva, overseeing website development, handling HR and payroll tasks, and assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of a virtual assistant. Administer email and calendar systems across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, implement NFC badge access, coordinate travel and event logistics, and manage Atomic and DFY CRM platforms through automated workflows. Serve as a liaison for clients and employees across all licensed regions, track projects, and produce executive presentations and reports. Recognized for condensing multi-day assignments into single-day completions with exceptional efficiency and initiative.

Over the Water Rentals, Bocas del Toro, Panama – Intern (June – August 2024)
Provided on-site administrative support to the owner of a real estate business overseeing short-term rentals of five ecotourist properties on Isla Colón. Modified office procedures to enhance inventory tracking, organized the inbox to promote email productivity, maintained office equipment, and assisted with IT troubleshooting. Handled sensitive information and revised the financial accounting system by transferring handwritten data covering 2013–2024 into Excel spreadsheet format. Coordinated the reservations calendar and familiarized guests with their designated accommodations.

Organized the calendar for the Owner/Manager Broker of a boutique commercial real estate firm to prioritize appointments and coordinate staff schedules for optimized time management.
